Grievance Redress Mechanism

Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund (ARAF) & Green Climate Fund (GCF)

SunCulture is an investee of the Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund (ARAF), whose largest Limited Partner is the Green Climate Fund (GCF). As such, SunCulture is subject to alignment with the environmental and social safeguard policies upheld by both ARAF and GCF. In line with this framework, stakeholders are encouraged to first utilize SunCulture’s internal grievance mechanism. However, where a grievance is not adequately addressed at the company level, escalation may be made through the Green Climate Fund’s Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM). This process ensures that all stakeholders retain access to an impartial and independent avenue for resolution, thereby reinforcing accountability and adherence to international best practices.
